Delivery
All wagons being shipped are shipped via UPS while any wagon accessories are usually shipped via USPS.
Wagons in the color red are processed and ready for shipping within the next 2 business days after date of purchase.
Other wagon colors and wagon accessories will take 1-5 additional days to process before they are ready for shipping. The date you receive the shipment will vary according to distance and the shipping method used.Please also note that orders will not be processed on the weekends or holidays.

We ship to all 50 states in the U.S. through UPS and the United States Postal Service (USPS). The available shipping methods are as follows:
Next Day Air
2 Day
Ground Home Delivery
Unites States Postal Service (Priority Mail)
A note on 2 Day Shipping: If the delivery address is located in the eastern or midwest regions of the United States, regular Ground shipping will normally have the package delivered in 2 or 3 days. Next Day and 2 Day are most useful for delivery addresses located in the western and mid-west southern regions where regular Ground shipping would take 4 or 5 days.

Returns
If you are not 100% satisfied with your Berlin Flyer wagon or wagon accessory, you can return it for a refund if it meets the following conditions:
Items are returned within 30 days of the date of purchase. Items returned are in the same condition as they were received -- wagons and accessories must have all parts intact and in the original packaging. Proof of purchase (receipt) must be shown.
Once we have received the item and determined it meets the above conditions, a refund will be issued.
Custom wagon parts cannot be returned for any reason.
Return shipping for International orders must be paid by the buyer.
